This is the package of proactive support we provide for desktop and laptop PCs.

Remote support We can assist users without being at the desk side. It is easier for your staff to explain the problem if they can show us what they are seeing on the screen. We can resolve issues without the added delay of travel time.
Local onsite support If you need us physically onsite e.g. to replace hardware, by limiting our geographic coverage we can be there with a minimum of delay. Regular site visits also help us to gain a better understanding of your business and the daily challenges faced by your staff.
Software updates installation Microsoft releases Windows updates weekly to close up security holes and resolves faults – we ensure the relevant updates are installed. If we find problems with specific updates we will block their installation. We resolve issues with updates which fail to install. We perform this task outside your business hours to avoid disruption to the users.
Maintenance work included You have a predictable cost: don’t worry how many support calls your staff make to us – your bill won’t change.
Discounted rates for system / network changes Whether you need to upgrade a single desktop system, have new ones installed or set up a whole new office you will benefit from reduced labour rates.
Security software included: anti-virus, anti-spyware etc Everyone needs this so we make sure you have it on every system and then we check it is kept up to date and that regular scans are performed. You have peace of mind and no extras to budget for.
CPU utilisation monitoring If the CPU (the “brain” of a computer) is working too hard our daily checks will alert us so we can check whether there is a fault or it’s just too old and needs an upgrade. Usually it will be just a fault which of course we can fix for nothing. This prevents your staff becoming less productive while they wait for (and get irritated by) a slow computer.
Disk space monitoring Before a system grinds to a halt due to lack of disk space, we will alert you to dwindling disk space and either recommend housekeeping (clear out the rubbish) or a disk upgrade.
Memory utilisation monitoring As with CPU problems, lack of memory can adversely affect the performance of the computer. We keep an eye on this too to make sure it is resolved before your staff revolt.
Remote user access to desktops / laptops Users can access their system remotely from another location, such as at home in the evening. Avoid the hassle of nipping back to the office to finish a forgotten task.
