|Remote support||We setup full remote access so that virtually all maintenance (except replacement of hardware) can be performed remotely, including power on/off. This minimises user disruption and removes the added delay of travel time.|

If we find problems with specific updates we will block their installation. We resolve issues with updates which fail to install. We perform this task outside your business hours to avoid disruption to the users.|
|utilisation monitoring||If the (the “brain” of a computer) is working too hard our daily checks will alert us so we can check whether there is a fault or it’s just too old and needs an upgrade. Usually it will be just a fault which of course we can fix for nothing. This prevents your staff becoming less productive while they wait for (and get irritated by) a slow .|
|Disk space monitoring||Before a grinds to a halt due to lack of disk space, we will check well in advance whether you are holding obsolete files or genuinely need a disk upgrade. If an upgrade is required we will ensure it is complete before performance is impacted.|

|management||Servers are protected from mains power failures by Uninterruptable Power Supplies. But are they working or is there enough reserve battery power? We will check this at least daily.|
